Huge lake, great boating and cabin rentals, really nice people at this resort!
We try to come back every year for at least the last 10 years. Dave and Cora are very welcoming and all the employees are awesome. And the fishing is fantastic. If I can catch a fish, anyone can We really hate the leave every year but are counting down the days until we get to come back. Thank you all for making our vacation special! Until next year.
Stayed in a cozy 2 person cabin off the lake. The owners are always around, friendly, and engaging. The location is a great base to get to all Voyageurs NP visitor centers without a long drive. It is also on a great fishing and recreational lake itself.
My two sons and I stayed here with three of my friends for a week of fishing. We have been coming up to Canada to fish and decided to try some place closer to home. This place is top notch. I would give 6 stars if I could. This family owned resort is so friendly, accommodating, and actually deeply care about their guests. The cabinets are nice and well kept. Wildlife all over the property. They bent over backwards to make sure we made as many memories as we could. They had free daily kids activities like cookie decorating, ice cream social, hot dog cookout, s’more night at the fire, minnow races, etc. We caught a lot of fish and the boat we rented was in very good shape. The two dock boys were always on the spot to help with your boats. We have already re-booked for next year. Thanks to Cara, David, Cody, and Julie.
We have been guests of this resort for several year's and cannot say enough good things about it and its owners. Each year we feel like we are visiting very good friends who consistently go out of their way to make us feel welcome .
Highly recommend. Great fishing and great place to stay. The pool is heated and the hot tub sure feels good after reeling in some big fish.
A beautiful and peaceful family resort with lots to offer! Minnow races, ice cream Sundays, Smores nights to name a few. Great pool and hot tub, boat rentals, kayaking/canoeing and out door basketball/volleyball/badminton courts. Plus the fish are always biting!
